The house, internally restored with taste and attention to comfort, has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large dining room with an open kitchen and a fireplace with a large window that opens completely onto the garden, which, in summer, becomes one with the house. In the outdoor area, in front of the dining room, it is possible to dine under a shady gazebo.

On the ground floor there is also a large living room with TV and a bathroom with shower. Both rooms are furnished with italian designer furniture and lighting from the 1950s-1960s.

An iron staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom with a pull out bed and a large bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The beautiful park, completely independent and fenced, and the swimming pool, immersed in the nature surrounding the entire property, are the ideal places to relax and enjoy your holiday in peace and beauty.

The swimming pool area, surrounded by the magic of a high bamboo grove that creates exotic atmospheres, can be reached by easily crossing the garden and includes a large, equipped space for sun lovers but also many shaded areas.

The access to the property is through a private gate, independent from the Villa.
